The annual forum for auditory, visual and audiovisual arts in the Ruhr region. On the main date, 1 December in the Ringlokschuppen Ruhr, artists will examine the beat and rhythm of linear and circular time with their works. For the ninth time, Shiny Toys aims to juxtapose, network, explore, scrutinise and surprise - this year for the first time with an external date in Cologne.

Karnivool - Aozora
Australian prog rock band Karnivool is back with a second single, ‘Aozora’. The dark, energetic track combines complex rhythms with an intense atmosphere and marks the band's first new material in years.
